身邊不懂美食的朋友常常會問我為什麼會願意花這麼多錢在吃的東西上面。不就是吃的嗎﹖哪裡有差這麼多﹖
他們更不能懂為什麼一個看起來就像薄餅抹奶油的蛋糕﹐居然可以賣到75塊﹗﹗﹗
雖然我每次都會很努力的試著解答他們的疑惑﹐但通常都是徒勞無功......還好有萬能的紐約時報﹐幫我省了這個麻煩﹕
